A Christmas Eve fire displaced 24 residents at a Highland Park, New Jersey apartment complex. Around 5:30 pm, on Monday, December 24 a fire ignited and destroyed four apartments and damaged 12 others at the Cedar Lane Apartments. The fire began in an apartment on the top floor of the building purportedly occupied by a resident who hoarded items, which may have contributed to the powerful blaze.
